Don't waste your money. App does not work on the new operating system. Has not been updated in years. Used to be a great app.

I had rated this my top app until I updated to iOS4. The app and it's data survived several lesser updates. I have been very happily using this to remotely help several clients. However, upon update to 4 the app would not run. I had to delete and reinstall ( I had previously updated the app to its latest version, so that wasn't it ). Then the app ran, but my twenty or so saved addresses were gone. This is the only data relevant to this app, and can only be reproduced by visiting each and every computer to recreate each listing manually. I contacted their support. Email only. It took several business days to send me a sentence that explained that third-party data is lost during an iOS update. Basically, they failed to safeguard the sole data their app maintains. I am screwed. Have a nice day. If the company had even tried to protect the one thing their app generates, or had any helpful advice, I would be much less angry. If I had known of their incompetence, I would have at least made screen shots to preserve critical data. Hey, they might even have thought of that. Tell me how to find my lost data and I will re-evaluate ( before this, I would have given five stars ).

I was needing to get into my network at home and remembered I had downloaded the app on the same iTunes account about 4 years ago. Apparently they don't honor that, as this app cost me $10. As soon as it finished loading, I tried adding a computer and nothing works, none of the buttons... Nothing! A waste of $10 . Don't waste your money. IPhone 4S, 64Gb , iOS 8, latest release if anyone cares.

Doesn't work iOS 8.1.2. Useless customer support they simply don't reply to you. Complete waste of money. Although it does work on iPad running iOS 8 .1.2 but customer support simply don't answer you

I have used this app for a long time and love it. Unfortunately it's continually needs a little work from the developer which it doesn't get. My point; it's taken far to long to get an iOS update. 4-5 star app but developer dedication gets it a 2.

This has been one of the greatest Remote Desktop apps, it was awesome! It hasn't had an update, make it work on the newer iOS.
