Why can't I restore plane purchases?

I bought a plane but I didn't want it anymore so how to o get my money back?

It's hard to control but nice.There is a crashed UFO far out in a field of wheat and a small UFO in the roof of the barn.

Very hard to control. What do ya even do? Endless land with no point.

I downloaded this app and bought a plane for .99 and they charged my account TWICE and the plane was never there. I have yet to get my money refunded (2 months later) I have tried messaging and I have never heard anything back. What a sad excuse for a company.

I love this app I've been flying rc planes for years but I hated having to pay for then but with this app it doesn't matter how bad I am!!!! Man I love it I just wish u can use the other planes ); that's the only down part
