Update uses too much battery

Me 1214

I’ve had this app for several months with no issues. After the last update, I would go through over half my battery while at work on the campus that this app is for! Deleted the app and voila - no more draining battery. Also didn’t really find that I used the app at all. I can get notifications through my work.

Huge battery impact

After the last update. All data was lost in app. And battery impact is awful. Uses up 50% of battery in a few hours. Fix this issue in order to make the app useful.

Highly recommended

Really well done safety app. Highly recommended. These guys have been in the safety biz for a long time and clearly know what they are doing.

Best safety app within and around campus.

Great app!

My wife and I use this app all the time. She works with at risk kids in some sketchy parts of greater Boston. It has alerted me every time she misses a check in. Invaluable. My only complaint is that the colors in the app are a little all over the place. It would also be good to setup recurring safety timers.

DO NOT USE THIS IF YOU SPEAK ENGLISH

LWWTH

I tried to cancel an app that I had and I could not communicate with them in their language. I want this account discontinued.

Can't delete of an old inbox notification

The app keeps showing that I have a new, unread message

Improve crisis design

Folks who use this frequently, like for late night outings, might not have this issue, but for those of us using this app to contact University law enforcement, in the moment of a crisis, either will not be able to enter or will forget the complex password you require. In an emergency, rapid contact is key. Even folks who remember their own will be fumbling through the key pad in a stressful time. The "phone call" app is faster. Put an emergency call button on the screen - pre-login. Let the dispatchers authenticate while having the other resources the app provides. Otherwise, in an emergency, I will opt to place a phone call.
