不能转换文件格式 can’t change files format

软件可以重命名，但是不能转换文件格式，比如我在下载一个压缩文件，但是文件格式是exe，重命名不能将文件格式改为zip，所以就不能解压。I can’t change the file format from exe to zip by rename,so I can’t extract files.
