The Story So Far:

Your engine's turbines roar as you scream out of the sky. Startled troops look up just in time to see your wing cannons blaze. You feel the plane buck slightly as your missiles streak toward their targets. A flash in the distance tells you that they have done their job and so have you. The Mega-Corps pay well, for those good enough to survive. They call you into the shadows with dreams of wealth, and you answer, the only way you know how.

Welcome to the world of Raptor. You and your plane are the best there is, and you're ready to face your ultimate challenge. Earn cash from each successful mission to buy upgrades for your plane and outfit it with the best that money can buy. Keep those shields charged with Energy Modules and stock-up on high tech gadgets, because you are going to need it!

Great game horrible implementation
Tiho1012

This is one of my favorite dos games. Unfortunately the guys who ported it for the iPhone did a pretty bad job with the controls. The response rate for my finger is way too slow. It makes the game non-playable. The Superlaser game suffers from the same problem. The only game where I saw a decent implementation is Tyrian.

Touch controls
BlitMan

The ship has a max speed, just like the original DOS keyboard input. That is why the ship follows your finger rather than being forcibly stuck to it. Plus you can tap around the screen to move without firing, which gives the ship the ability to regenerate shields. The touch controls have everything you need to beat the game.

Bad controls
Nrrerreee

Graphics look great but accelerometer control option is a joke. You guys R close just keep developing it change controls then I'll buy it. U should also lock the guns on cause it's impossible to shoot and move

Great, but bigger is better

I absolutely love this game, I grew up playing it. But I won't be buying this port unless it comes out for the iPad.

Why u no make it free!!!
Limitedcool1

The game is great I luv it as well as the controls but seriously make it for free cuz no one is actually gonna buy this cuz it's an old game also duke nukem 3D which was also ported on iPhone is free so why not this game??? Make it for free and then u can expect a 5-star rating!!!

Awesome

Rarely write reviews, but I've been wanting to play this again for years and it's here and looks great and works great and it's just a great game. All time favorite plane shooter.

Icade support is needed
Britton Burton

Please add support for the icade controller! It's the one thing I would love to see become an option for this game. I'm not saying make it the default controller but rather to add the option for it in the settings at least.

Tha man of men
