I find the mobile and desktop browser experiences are best for now until the app gets the support to be developed to be more responsive and less like an in-app-browser experience.

Rally point is a great way to reach out to other veterans. In my opinion it’s the Facebook for veterans. However the site and app needs a lot of work in terms of functionality like being able to delete your posts or being able to pull up comments you have made and edit them. Also it’s needs some work on the reliability side as well the app crash’s often after being opened for a while and I have had a few errors while posting that have resulted in double posts. Needs some work but all in all a good way to reach out to your fellow veterans.

Using an iPhone XS Max, attempting to log into the app- type in username: good; attempt to type in password immediately brings me to “forgot password” no matter what- reinstalled app and no fix. No other issues with any other app, and no issue with logging on using a computer. What the deuce... fix and I’ll raise from one star to 5

I tried updating my profile, I notice it would jump around to parts that did not need to be edited or updated, I just wanted to update my profile.

I want to help the others....but the app is NOT helping me

I’m trying to be patient with this app. I like helping others and answering the burning questions that some individuals may have. But this app continues to have bugs that require fixing. I’ve had this app for over a year and still the same bugs don’t allow me to use the app at its proper capabilities. Overlay issues, typing and nothing is appearing that I wrote, notifications that are not there, notifications that won’t clear after I have viewed them. It is frustrating.

Cool site, but the app is so glitchy. So many problems. Can’t even enter info without the cursor jumping from field to field. Units appear and disappear. Keyboard doesn’t stay up. Latest update did nothing. I mean, isn’t having the keyboard stay up when you tap a text field basic stuff? Frustrating.

Good place to connect, but the system itself is a crude app that uses a point system with its comments and liking functions that apparently encourages or discourages others from hearing your opinion or liking it and stroking your ego if they do
