I take local weather bureau info and input it. Why not tie it in automatically? It is important to see trends and compare those trends with same time in previous years.

I've been tracking rainfall for sometime now and this app just makes it easier to track and access the information.

I have been tracking rain fall for years on paper and I believe this will make reviewing much better in the future.

This app is not what I expected. You have to enter your own rainfall. The reason I wanted an app was to tell me the amount of rainfall.

I expected that this app used standard weather info available on line to track rainfall history. It is totally useless. You have to enter everything yourself. It doesn't do a thing. What a waste of a dollar. My fault for not reading the reviews. I want my dollar back! Doesn't even deserve the one star I had to give it.

As a storm spotter, NOAA has given me a rain guage and expects phone-in reports when our weather gets really nasty. I forget to write down what I saw when I empty the rain guage. This is perfect. Since I carry my iPod with me I can go to my rain guage several times and not have to fire up my computer to enter the readings. It is very good when I am at the harbor (fishing town on the ocean) or even inland. I can record the weather as I see it instead of trying to remember when I get home. I would have had the app a long time ago if I had thought of searching for one.

Well worth the money for me. Instead of writing down my own rainfall readings they can now be recorded on this app. Rainfall amounts are totaled and available for historical reference. The app does exactly what the developers say it will do. It is ridiculous for anyone to give this a rating of less than 3 stars, but the ones that did most likely can't read.

This is simply to keep track of your own notes. I need a rain tracker that tells me the amount of rain we got, not how much I put into it.
