IPhone 8+ issue

I have reported it to Support already, but still... the app does not start on iPhone 8+ iOS 11.4 since the server upgrade on June 12. Restart, re-install, cookies cleaning never helped. My world starts today and I cannot control it

When i open an app and want to sync it to another device and you make it impossible.....then there is no reason to keep. Taking me two hours and still have two different games, cant find my account page to change any settings. Cant find nothing. Cant even find a way to contact anyone. Yet i tried from other device and now i have 2 separate games. Cant combine the two into one. Bad start and therefore finish. Deleted app from ipad and will be deleting from laptop as well. So, without proper guidance, this is a crap app! Oh yeah, then they want me to spend money here? Nope nope nope. I refuse to use my cell phone number for any apps. They sell your number to everyone. So i used my landline and cant sign in without mobile number. They are not getting that number for anything. Update, 4 days later. still no success. I have emailed support 1 time every day since and no response. Finally reached out to a player and they couldn’t figure out what to do either. This is the worst support a game can truly offer. And then they want me to spend money here? WILL NOT HAPPPEN!!!!! Very angry player her guys.

A recent update has locked me out of ten game I’ve been playing for a few months. I attempted to go to the developer website, and fill out their form, however it doesn’t work. So I’ve been stuck, with no game, or access to the items I purchased. Oh well...
Update 1.5.3 appears broken

Update 1.5.3 does not seem to work on iPhone. Just logs in and stays at a grayed out game world. Cannot do any functions. Don’t update if you want to play until this is fixed.

I downloaded this game and it was great, then a update happened, killed of all my progress. This is why browser games shouldn’t become apps. Don’t download, play in browser only
