i got addicted to this game around 15 years ago spent so much money and time with the original game when Ragnarok started. but now... downloaded this app couple of times in the past and still its garbage... so frustrated i hope they fix this game so many issues(lagging, suddenly closes, storage wont open or will often hang, account will just disappear, etc. etc.) this game used to be a phenomenon... now such a disappointment .

I cant believe that I have to log in manually (enter all my id and password) every time I log in because the app doesn't save those info!!! Also, when i accidentally tap a notification that pops up, I already logged out, even if I'm in a battle. So annoying. You need to fix the app so it does not quit just because I hit a noti, and let users save their account.

Love this game! Brings back nostalgia from when I used to play Ragnarok Online 15 years ago! I was so excited to play this game on my iPhone 7 Plus! It is basically the same as the old game except some features such as limited places and the quest are different and the GUI is different since it's tapping and no computer and mouse type of set up of course. There were some frustrating issues though with my iPhone 7 plus 10.3.3 I've experienced, you couldn't use the options of your items at the lower rows of your items list but the top row is fine so I'd just scroll down to touch the top row. The online storage doesn't work but is fine on my iPad Pro 12.9 and the good thing is they are connected between both devices so I can play on either of them no problem! But overall the game is fun to play! :) I heard rumors the archer doesn't have the hunter upgrade and I hope that's not true I'm at level 31 in 2 weeks and I'll find out at level 35...we'll see!
