Whenever I’ve been joining chat rooms, it’s always constantly “reconnecting” me and like clones of me show up. It’s annoying! Please fix it.

As much as I like the rabbit having an app version, I just hate the fact that it keeps freezing the movie I’m watching. There was also one time the app crashed on me, and I’m not happy about! Please fix the problem... Thank you.

The screen constantly freezes and the app crashes a lot for no good reason, especially when a friend is sharing a tab (which is the only option if you want to watch Netflix, and a lot of other sites.) There also seems to be a lot more connectivity issues than there used to be. The new way of controlling a rabbitcast is MUCH more difficult, especially if you have a smaller phone screen. Even on sites like YouTube, it’s a big hassle to try and scrub through a video. I really love Rabb.it, and on the web, it works really well, but the past few updates on this app have been really bad. Compared to a year ago, the quality is absolutely abysmal. It feels like every update seems to just make things worse and harder to use. You should focus on making the app more functional rather than YET ANOTHER redesign to the homepage. I’d love to give this app five stars because it’s an amazing service, but ultimately, the app is very disappointing. I really hope that Rabbit will listen to feedback and make some changes, because I adore this service, and hate to give it a bad review.

I loved this app when i first downloaded it for my iPhone / iPad, but I’m very displeased about the latest update. Why remove the Zoom in and out feature? It was so convenient & gave you better control of your environment. Now I find myself having to pass on the remote to someone that’s on a PC to take control just to play/pause or open up the screen because the buttons are too small to see. Also the cursor is barely accurate to touch. My last complaint is the on screen messaging feature. Please bring that back as well! It was such a cool feature. It made it seem more realistic & a unique way to interact with the members in the room. Other that that this app is a great way to interact with people & have fun :)

The Video feed keeps going completely black and makes watching movies or videos with friends a complete mess to deal with. The app will also freeze when I leave a room when this happens and it’s really frustrating to deal with. Please fix these issues before you go and try to force mobile users to download your buggy app.

Room links only open the app, they don’t take you directly to the room... at least on my iPhone. Website works better than the app, but kinda messy. Needs simplified.

Bring back the old control scheme
