No longer able to choose movies/tv shows to watch after recent update ?

After updating it to the newest software, when starting a room, the play button (which is where you choose what to watch) no longer has movies or shows available. I cannot start a room and choose what to watch which is extremely infuriating.

I don't know why, but I have made five accounts and have never been able to log into them ever again, and this problem has persisted with friends as well. I have no idea why. Even when it is used, it isn't an ideal experience, due to massive lag, images freezing indefinitely with only audio playing, (sometimes that freezes too) and it is literally impossible to change your password on mobile.

No way to turn off notifications. The rabbit doesn’t work half the time. The layout changes every week and I have to relearn how to use it. The launch point has become increasingly frustrating when I know exactly what I want to watch and can’t navigate to it. The browser version has all these problems but at least I can get it to function. On mobile, however, I get no video feed half the time and the other half it crashes. I have a new iPhone 7.

I love this app, it is so perfect! The only thing I think should be fixed is that the video is pretty laggy when it's playing. It's not perfectly smooth, but nothing a minor update won't be able to fix though. Other than that great job! ?

As the title says I am using the app and as soon as I see the whole main page, the app closes itself. It wasn’t doing this till I updated yesterday. Just Monday I was using it to watch a tv show with my SO since I am currently deployed. Your app has helped us stay in touch and watch shows together to help pass time the since we are separated but since this new update the app itself won’t even open. Hopefully you guys can fix this issue or assist me with fixing it. When the app was working I am with everyone else, it was better before you guys changed it. It was simple and easier to use on mobile. Now it’s a lot more of a hassle to do the simple stuff. Hopefully you guys hear our plea and let us help you guys with making the app better. Edit: Update has fixed said issue 5 starts now!

It’s almost perfect... but where is the volume switch for the movie??? Half the time nobody uses the in app audio chat or video chat. I’m just trying to watch it on my phone while in teamspeak with some friends. Meanwhile, the overall volume is terribly low so I’m forced to turn the volume up just to have my ears blasted by the teamspeak sound. Please give INDIVIDUAL volume control for the video or at least make it louder.

Worked fine previously, but now when I’m in a room for around 5 minutes or so the player freezes and I’m left with a blank screen. The sound still works though. All in all it’s just annoying to have to keep going in and out of a friend’s lobby just to watch something with them. It defeats the purpose of even using it.

I want to love this app since I am in a long distance relationship and my SO and I would love to be able to watch movies together but every time I try to load my phone contacts and send an invite the contacts disappear from the screen and the app freezes. I haven’t even been able to use this app on my phone yet because there is always an issue. I was so super excited when I was told about this app but so far I can’t even use it. Pretty disappointed.

I love it but just one thing...

My only issue is is that I wish I could put it completely full screen. I watch movies on the iPad with my BF so it’s only the two of us I don’t really invite any one else so it would be nice for an option for full screen

Used to be great but now is not good at all

I used to love the app when it first came out but the updates have been progressively making it worse. There’s a black bar on the bottom of the screen now that you can’t get rid of even if you press full screen. Netflix will sometimes not work through rabb.it as well. I would love for the app to go back to the way it was before. I would also really like an Apple TV app if the problems could be addressed.
