I'm glad I can play any YouTube video using the app period. The problem is I can't play HD videos. Even after signing into YouTube. There isn't a setting in the app, nor YouTube to set a default resolution.. Wish it were possible.. I need to upgrade to a new system....

Waste of money and time ... frustrating app connects and disconnects at will. Will play couple of times and then Won't

This app works great when it works. The only problem is that it hardly ever works. Update- I am now deleting for it never works.
It works what more can you expect :)

#1 download app... upgrade for $2.99 #2 add RCast Roku app to you Roku device #3 open app of pho right or tablet. #4 us app as a web browser to get to video --- does not work on Hulu app, but you go to Hulu.com in RCast app on phone/tablet and play videos that way. Good HD quality. --- used on You Tube, BBC America, some adult sights, every video played. #5 use Roku remote to control playback. --- video on phone/tablet will be out of sync, so turn off sound. Once video starts on Roku you can't do what you want on phone/tablet without disrupting video on TV. Have Fun!

Loaded on iPhone and iPad, upgraded to the inapp purchase once and having no problems so far.

Why all of the bad reviews? - It does what it claims to. Price was right. No issues whatsoever so far......While I might pick a different or free app, I couldnt find anything else out there and for $3 I figured I'd try it. Works exactly as it's supposed to. I would heed the warnings of uninstall and re-install with possibly needing to repurchase it - but who typically does this? - Install it and leave it be. Just like Ronco...SET IT AND FORGET ABOUT IT

I just opened the app and I was exploring the functions and I click upgrade to see what it was and it automatically upgraded without confirmation!
