Great concept!

It's such a simple but powerful concept that I cannot believe It hadn't been implemented earlier...There's tons of possibilities for location and time-based messages, I wished Quiver existed when I proposed to my wife, I could have gotten very creative :)

Quiver is a really clever idea, allowing me to send messages with time and location bounds rather than immediately, which has many potential applications. Great stuff!
