I have been smoking for 30 years and have now not smoked for 30 days. I don’t think the app is the magic bullet that made it happen but it has certainly helped. There is a lot of positive support but the negative reminders are most effective. The daily pictures can scare the hell out of you. I don’t want to be the content of a “picture of the day” because I smoked myself to an early death! Don’t let your brain fool you into cheating the system while you are cutting back. That has always been my failing point, especially when I get down to just a few butts a day. This tim I just said to hell with it and quit altogether a few days before my planned quit date. Good luck everyone, I hope we can all beat this!!! ?

Thank you for such a great tracker 46 days since I quit for good! $358.00 in savings that would have just damaged me more! Slowly watching the lung and heart issue risk go down. Oh how I wish I would have found this app earlier!

This app helped me quit & over 6 years later I still have not touched one cigarette. Thank you to whoever made this app because it helped me quit and stay quit!
happy I quit
Seriously this app is great. It keeps me in check every time I think about smoking. Just reading the reality of health improvements vs health risks all on one page has helped me stay smoke free

Learning how much healthier my body was getting really helped me quit! I tell everyone about it!

I got this for many reasons. The pop up begging for a review got me to write this. Here I am two days in to my quitting journey and already I've extended my life by two hours. Eventually I'll stop obsessively checking it, but the information it contains is very helpful!

Like many smoking cessation apps, this one gives you several different measurements. This app will tell you down to the second how long it has been since you last smoked. It will tell you how much money you have saved, and how many people have died (in theory) since you quit. It will tell you how much your circulation and lung function have improved, and how strong your cravings are. But if you need more instant gratification, especially in the first week or two of quitting, this app isn't for you. The graphic scales of measurement are so SLOW that you will actually wonder if quitting has been worth it.
