Best get things done app for me

LucasWang1092

I need two essential features from a GTD app: 1. Hierarchical structures of items for breaking down a big project 2. Cross-device sync. Quire is the only one I found so far that gives both things and is free. Highly recommend.

Brilliant

My staff and I have completely moved over to this app because of ease of use and what you get for free!

Meets all my requirements

cacofonix1

1. Tree structure 2. Infinite nested folders 3. Any node can have an alarm assigned 4. Web interface for desktop data entry As I use it, have a few suggestions 1. Should be able to open the higher level task and create bunch of sub tasks underneath. Currently can only create tasks at the upper level and then move them under the Parent Task. In the proposed way, the child tasks inherit all the tags from the Parent

Update

Recent update doesn’t work. App won’t even open. Too bad. Things were just getting good with this app.

No Email Integration

Quire has a lot of potential but is limited by inability to create tasks from emails within the system.

Excellent App

Simple. Clear. Collaborative. Excellent mobile and desktop integration! I've looked at a lot of solutions for task management, but this is the best one I've found so far. Keep it going, Quire! You're on to something great. I look forward to seeing what Quire does next!

Great Updates

Zapinator

This application consistently improves and I am glad to be able to use its features. Keep up the good work developers; I look forward to more additions~! This is most definitely my favorite application to use for self project management and To-Dos. It is the customizable sweet spot for ease of use and numerous features available. Also the team is great at responding to comments on the forum.

Incredibly Robust

I’m shocked at everything this app is able to give you, in such a smooth interface, for free. There are expensive paid productivity apps that are uglier, slower, and less usable. I’m not using this for business. I have personal to-do’s that I want to keep track of with a Kanban interface, I want to be able to collaborate with my roommate and creative partners, and I want recurring tasks for things like workouts and weekly creative meetings. It’s so rare to find an app that can abide these 3 basic things, and this is literally the only one I’ve found without expensive membership fees or clunky design. Suggestions for future updates: - Be able to color code entire cards in kanban -Place the subtasks in a clear hieararchy under the main task on the board -Be able to decide whether or or not comments/description shows on the task card on the kanban -Throw the buttons for text effects into the commen box on the desktop app

Waste of time
