This app is good and I’ve used it for a couple years now. However recently it’s been double scrobbling EVERYTHING that I’ve been listening to on my desktop without fail. I even tried to follow the instructions in the FAQ to prevent double scribbles but the setting to disable playback information is no longer available on the new Music app for Mac. I will probably end up switching to a new app if this continues

New IOS seems to have disabled background functionality. Lots of missed scrobbles, lame

Literally every day I use this app and scrobble it says “too many scrobbles in a short time” like tf? I spent money on this app??? Fix that it’s so annoying and stupid. And then it won’t let me scrobble for at least 7 more hours.

But awful when it doesn’t. Currently, my last bunch of Scrobbles that show up were “rejected” with no explanation, and several days’ worth of music aren’t showing up at all on scan. There should be more feedback when there’s any kind of error like this

I used to use the Last.fm scribbling but unfortunately that does work on iTunes library, but now with this one I’m more than happy. Thank you guys for this INCREDIBLE app. ❤️ ♥️ ?

I’ve been using this scrobbler for years. Dev is really responsive when I’ve reached out. I’ve had a few issues with double scrobbles that dont happen anymore. Only thing I wish could be changed is scrobbling music not added to library, but this is apparently outside of iOS’s capabilities.

Having been spoiled by the utterly amazing scrobbling apps on Android, some which actually scrobble in real-time, coming to iOS and seeing the poor selection of apps is disappointing. This app is alright, it does mostly does the job and that’s about it. However, in order to keep using this app for free, you need to watch an ad for every 10 scrobbles you want submit. This is a pretty greedy limitation considering the apps on Android have unlimited scrobbling, and had more features. The worst part is that even after you watch an ad, sometimes it won’t register as having watched it. So that means you wasted 30 seconds for no payout.

Not much to say, it doesn’t log songs from Apple Music unless you add them to your library first. Kind of makes it useless.
