Custom added items gone AGAIN

I generally like the app, but this is at least the third time that an update has deleted my custom data. It is frustrating, disappointing, and quite frankly makes the app useless. Am I missing something? Am I doing something wrong? Please advise.

This is a well made grocery app. Once you figure out how to use is quite simple. Syncs to my iPhone nicely. Thanks to the developer.

Great app! For those of you who have lost you custom items after updating app go to setting and restore the data base. This will bring them back.

The app is fine, lets you add cathegories and new products, however, with time my added products start disappearing, so it's a lot of fuss to keep adding the same.

I love the ease of use of adding items to my ‘cart’ (PRO) I love that it will sync across devices (PRO) I am baffled and disappointed that you can’t sync your categories and custom items across devices UNLESS they share an iCloud account. (CON CON) Use case: I set this up because my wife is ill and can’t type very well and is unable to get out of the house. This was going to help her create a shopping list that I can pick up on my way home from work. However, after painstakingly building a custom list of potential items on my devices, I learned that it wouldn’t sync with hers. The only thing that syncs is the actual shopping list. Therefore, I had to recreate my custom configuration on her device. With a small change, this app would be 5 stars - make everything sync, not just the items in your cart.

This is the third time I have lost a significant amount of my data base - 5 minutes ago it just crashed and everything that was in my shopping list is gone along with the matching items in the data base - I have added chicken breast 3 times to the data base in the past several weeks - and the syncing is horribly inconsistent - the concept of so much of you list visible at one time is what I really like about your app - please fix your problems

Before the most recent update, this was actually a very useful app. But ever since, the items I entered have all disappeared and also when I select items for the "to buy" list, they keep disappearing!!! Deleting this app today!! Big waste...
Love this app, but when it updates....

I love this app, but whenever there is an update to it any feature changes I make are completely wiped. For example if you add your own custom items or colors they are gone after the update. Back to the beginning with every update is a nuisance. Please fix this issue. Otherwise love the app!
