No support

There's absolutely no support. Their website contact us page doesn't work and there's no way to contact the seller. Pro version has bugs do not buy it

I was using free version of QuckVoice. It wanted me to upgrade to the PRO version to transcribe over 5 minutes of audio. So I upgraded but the PRO version does not seem to be able to transcribe audio recorded with the previous free version. Transcription seems to work with audio recorded using the PRO version. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!
Can't playback and no support

I couldn't play back my recording, and it kept saying "Playback Error The operation couldn't be completed. (OSStatus error 1685348671)". Tried to reach the support both on my mobile device and desktop, couldn't even get it through!! It says "405 - HTTP verb used to access this page is not allowed. The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because an invalid method (HTTP verb) was used to attempt access." For a paid app, this is not acceptable!
Pro version doesn't show any recordings from the free version

I would give this a 4 star (-1 because a couple of times a recording stopped while in screen lock mode). However, I am giving 1 star since I upgraded to the pro version and it does not show ANY of my recordings I created w free version. This is horrible because I want to share recordings that are longer than 5 minutes (this stopped working for free version) and it said I had to upgrade to do this. So I did. But since none of my previous recordings show up there the upgrade is worthless for all my recordings. Additionally I went to the developers website to contact them. Sadly when I submitted the problem the web form FAILED! "404 - HTTP Verb used to access this page is not allowed" So the only way I can resolve this is here.

Okay App; No Visible Means of Support

The app seems to work well enough, but support seems nonexistent. Attempted to claim my “free” desktop version but following the instructions fails to net me a fully registered copy. Just a trial version with a week or so of action. The support form on the nFinity Inc web site doesn’t work, yielding a 404 error. Writing to the address found in the code gets no response after a week. An app has to have support. This doesn’t have any. Two stars for basically doing what it says.

Works fine when it works. I used it to record things for my job, and on three separate occasions, when I went to retrieve the recordings I got a playback error. There was data in the recording based on the file size, but 00:00 on the recording length. Emails to the company went unanswered. Unreliable product, zero support.
