Where is the support?

I completed my resume, saved it and was instructed that it would be emailed to me . This did not occur. I have yet to locate a definitive means by which to cancel the subscription. I sent an email, but have not received confirmation. Cancelled credit card.

I LOVE this app just my screen gets frozen when the pop up to rate the app comes up although I press to rate it I have to constantly delete and reload it to completely restart my or adjust my resume :/

I wanted to edit what I wrote and it won’t let me because it erased it after I sent it to my email

It was easy to put the information into the boxes. But to upload anywhere wasn’t not allowing. Email attached but no way to send it off. It broke my education lines. So if i wanted it on one page I couldn’t remove it. Everyone knows you don’t put references on your resume. I started to add. To remove it would only give errors. Unless you want to keep track of your information this isn’t worth more than a template
Rate Quick Resume

The app is stuck on the Rate Quick Resume display. I pressed on the “rate it” tab. And nothing happens. I even went to the App Store and have a 5 star rating. Rebooted my phone. And the rating pop up still comes up. And nothing still happens after pressing rate it. Other than this hiccup. Which is preventing me from using my updates resume to apply for a job. I’ve been quite please.

They keep charging my account $14.85 when I don’t even have or use the app. I have been charged the $14.85 for 2 months now. Very disappointing

Being only 19 years old I was struggling to write a good resume I didn’t know how to start or anything but luckily this app made it extremely easy by organizing everything, offering different templates, etc and plus it’s free they’re other app and website that do the exact same thing but require payment in order to either email or print the resume you created but this app and therefore I’m extremely appreciative for it!
