Frankly, it is the first time that i have been scammed after buying something I normally use to work. When i buy this app the powerpoint is missing i can only use word and excel, I’m very disappointed.

Every since I updated to the last iPad update, this software no longer function. I can't find any of my data, nor will it open as it initially did when I purchased it. To add insult to injury, when I try to contact support through the support tap, all I keep getting is a page with oriental language I don't understand. I purchased this software in good faith and now I can't use it, This is the second time I have lost the use of this type software dealing with word due to an update. Something need to be done to stop such things from happenin.
