Why get premium?

I paid for the app, did a recent update as I have a newer phone. Now it’s saying I need to purchase again to remove the watermark???

I purchased the premium a while ago, worked fine. Yesterday I tried to use it and it locked. Reinstalled it and premium was gone and I tried to contact the support site, but it was no longer working. So beware.

After using the app successfully for some months it suddenly stopped working. I can no longer copy text onto a photo. Instead when I double tap the image the only option that appears is new line command. Also, the extra fonts and and elimination of the water mark has disappeared and I can’t find a way to restore them. Oh, and the Speak to Customer Support function no longer works either. I closed and opened the app, restarted my iPhone, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing helps. What’s the deal? How can this be fixed? It was a very good app.

Great app! Very intuitive and easy to learn! As all apps should be , no directions , just use it naturally like you would use a native iPhone app. But.. It may be my lack of attention to detail but, I cannot find where I can purchase the app outright so I can get rid of the “quick” logo in the bottom right hand corner... Other than that but, I love this app ! And obviously I have found a way around the “quick” logo , to basically get rid of it , it’s just a pain still to always do this work around. Thanks to everyone from the Quick team, great app! I will be checking out the rest of their apps and reviewing as well!
