No background sounds

You cannot turn on the background sounds because the app does not show up in the phone settings.

Geek squee achieved. Worth a buck. Wish there were more Star Trek apps out there. Oh and there is a button to enable sounds just to the left of the EMRG button. Looks like a speaker.

Best Star Trek scanner ever!!! Great effects with many settings and sounds. I just love this app!!! I have spoofed a number of people with the app and had some good laughs. Very good fun!!!

A wonderful app, looks, sounds and feels authentic. CBS did a great job with the Communicator and the PADD, but this is the only Tricorder worth its name. Grab a Phaser and you're ready for the away team.

At least most of the other tricorder apps have the LCARS look and some functionality, this has neither. Also comes muted and only plays if you unmute it with the speaker icon next to the emergency button. Sadly, pretty useless. Doesn't even have a good LCARS look for wallpapers

Needs to have the following sound FX: #1 Heart & Pulse Flatline & Loss of Neural Activity. #2 Add sounds like code blue, other emergency alerts & sounds. #3 Alerts for life signs & other anomalies.
