Existing QR-codes on a photo are automatically read and displayed in the QR message box.
Send the picture to another person, store it on a computer, or print the photos for an album.
Future generations (and future you!) can simply scan the QR-code with the iPhone camera and get all the names of the people in the picture, the date it was taken, or any other message you would like them to receive.
