Charged me $50 when I didn’t use it

I never used this stupid app. I just downloaded it because my professor said we had to use a qr scanner but I deleted it the same day. And yet they charged me $50 for a subscription that I never agreed to. This is so ridiculous. I’m a student and would never be so irresponsible to spend $50 on a qr scanner. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Now I have to dispute the charges with my bank to get rid of this awful experience.
Where do you turn off auto renewal!? I’m not paying $53!!!

I was charged $49.99 when I tried to use the app for the 3 day free trial. Money is out of my account. Impossible to cancel as nobody responds to email and there is no function to cancel the subscription. Stay away from this app!

Don’t even try this app. I had it on my phone for months and never used it. Then one day I go to scan something and it said to use it need pro access. With 3 day trial, who does 3 day trial. Someone that’s gonna rip you off. Day I used I emailed app company telling them I wanted it cancelled. I get reply on 3 day saying go in iTunes to cancel. BUT NO CAN DO. Small writing says cancellation has to be 24hrs before subscription is started. That’s only 2 days. What a load of BULL. Now I’m out $50 for crap that gave 2 days , getting reply on 3 day. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS APP!!

This app never shared what amount I would be charge after the free trial. I was shocked to see a $52.99 charge out of nowhere, having never been asked about upgrading. And it says I cannot get my money back.
