I used this app at a trade show to scan attendees badges, all contact information is lost in this app and I am unable to find a way to contact the company. How can I get technical support. The app keeps force closing and crashing. Please respond.

This app doesn’t work most of the time. I’m always contemplating to delete it and then it will magically work... until the next 10 times when it doesn’t work!!
