the survey company sends me texts with my username/password but thy do not work :(

Text sent that give's me my log in and says no password needed, but I get an invalid message when trying to log in...so I can't use it!
Easy to use survey app

App was easy to use once my mobile number was accepted. Likes: easy to use, surveys are relatively quick, and I can take surveys wherever I am. Dislikes: do not know how many points I earn, some questions are confusing (wording), and at the end of the survey it does not say survey completed. Overall, I like this app, but a few changes need to be made.

Touchplan troubles
Very frustrated!!! I am a Kansas City Chiefs Season ticket holder. Got a letter from the Chiefs organization asking me to participate in a survey during a game day. I accepted the invite and downloaded the Lumi Say app as requested. There was supposed to be a pre game questioner, a half time questioner, and a post game questioner. At the appointed time I logged in to complete the preface portion and was informed that I was too early. Next time I logged in, the pregame survey was not available. After re-loading several times and still having no access to the pregame survey, I finally logged out completely and logged back in. At that point, the pregame survey was available and I completed it. At halftime, I tried to complete the halftime survey and was informed that I must first complete the pregame portion, which of course I had all ready done. After several attempts, I once again logged out and logged back in. At that time I was able to complete the halftime portion. When it was time to complete the post game survey. I get a message that I must first complete both the pregame and halftime survey, which I of course had already done. No matter what I did, I cannot access the postgame portion of the survey. This app is the biggest piece of junk I have ever downloaded. I am now blowing it away. I hope the Chiefs organization will find a better survey app in the future!! This one stinks!!

As a season ticket holder for the Baltimore Ravens I was asked to participate using this app. Same problems as previous reviewer. Appears I tried to access the pre-game survey a couple of minutes early. Instructed to hit Next to exit survey and try again later. Never had the ability to enter the pre-game survey again and therefore could not complete any of the other surveys. NFL teams need to find another app/company to use.

They do pay you... for the beverage study just be patient, it takes longer than they say but it does come

Did the beverage study weeks ago and just got the 35 in the mail. Didn't even know it was coming.

I did the drink survey for two whole weeks wasted my time and they only sent me a $10 gift card and not the $35 they promised what a rip off and waste of my two weeks! They do not stand by their word so don't waste your time.
