Good App but could be better

Hi, It's a good and simple app for OTP but could be better. Every few months the app crashes and then i have to call the call center to remove it from my profile, reinstall the app from the app store, activate the app again. i am using other OTP solutions for other sites and office , never had such issues with their OTP soft token app. i urge QIB to resolve the app crash issue or get a better soft token app or make the process of enrolling the app easier.
