Even though i have purchased the premium version but it’s not working

It does it’s job but recently just the refreshing icon appears on the pic, and i tap it, but no use. I deleted the app and reinstalled but still not functional.

I have the pro version. It used to be a really good app but now all it does is mix my search with other usernames and doesn’t even do it’s job, all it says is “Ooops, something went wrong” and nothing happens after pressing retry ... you should fix this ASAP!

This App’s Pro or HD purchase is a scam. The App has no problem displaying the low resolution profile photo before you buy. After you buy, to be able to zoom in on the HD photo as promised it fails to display even the low resolution - let alone the so-called HD version of the photo. Basically you pay your $2 and the App stops working. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, be warned !!!

There was a review labeled “Scam” but I’ve had this app since the HD version was 99 cents and I’ve had no issues with it other than it failing to load the pictures for a few days but it’s always fixed itself? I purchased it as well to view the profile pictures in high quality and was never forced out of the app or anything so maybe it’s just an issue with the phone? I’ve used this app on the iPhone 6 and the iPhone SE and there have been no issues other than the loading thing I mentioned earlier.
