This app takes forever..... to load any single page/view within any given tabs. Worst programming job done ever. Tried to load my trip and it took 35+ seconds after each tap I executed. Took about 4 minutes to just select one meal option out of 4. Giving up now!!! Don’t waste time and energy on the app.

The app is getting very much better now than before with the new updates, although i only one hope wish they can do is when there are late flight at least they should tell us and notifications from this app better than going there and had to wait 5 hours extra .... but to be honest before it was trash really trash app but they learned and start to get better and better .. bravo ?✌️

In the apps there is no option to select the seat. On Emirate apps people can chose their seat. That’s mean this apps is not better then Emirate.

I flew with Qatar once and will not do the same mistake again, humiliating experience and no customer service. Even the app doesn’t work. Go with Turkish Airlines or Emirates if you want to save money and dignity.
