Crashing

I love the audios, both music and voice overs, but the app keeps crashing and stops playing the audio randomly and I have to restart it every time.

Great to fall asleep to!

I love having something to fall asleep to that isn’t simply just a waterfall or fire cracklings.

The services are not worth the annual subscription. You can get many of these things—and better versions—on free apps.

Best Power Nap App Ever Designed. REM on Demand.

eAgent

Great app for getting into REM sleep, and getting back on your feet, in 15-30 minutes. I use it 1-2 times a day, and have since Pzizz was a hardware device (2004). In those soft, dreamy 15-30, I end up problem solving in my dreams. Refreshing from hours of high-energy (and high stress) technical and creative hours at work. And I’m uber focused and ready to go when I’m done. I take a NooStax from WebNutrients, set the Pzizz NAP module for 17 or 22 (most common times for me) and awake ready to take on a new day. Even if half my day is already gone. If I’m doing an all-nighter, I can use Pzizz for sort of a controlled Polyphasic sleep schedule, doing 20-30 minute naps every 2-3 hours. Really keeps me rocking’. A must-have app. Don’t hesitate. (And I paid something like $250 for my first Pzizz hardware and app!) UPDATE (Mar 2016): now also using Pzizz immediately upon waking to help extend quality sleep. Sort of a TM type meditation. Works well to get my head in problem solving mode and start my day productively. I really like this approach. UPDATE (Feb 2018): have my employees using Pzizz in a makeshift nap room in the office. Productivity and levity are up at the office! Great use of 100 square feet of otherwise unusable space. Pzizz FTW! UPDATE (Feb 2019): Pzizz is still a daily program to start my day and reboot my afternoons. I now turn off the guiding voice on the intro and outro. And I use the Classic soundscape. In addition, if I’m low on SleepNutrients, I’ll grab some low profile Bluetooth headphones, fire up the iPad Pzizz Sleep, and will be under within 15 minutes. My sleep cycle monitor indicates more REM cycles and more deep sleep (Delta) cycles with Pzizz than alone. A good sign. Arianna Huffington would be impressed! And so will you.

It works

I don’t understand how, but it does. Great addition to my life.

Favorite app to help fall asleep

Braderunner

Definitely helps me fall asleep faster. Don’t use the nap or focus features. Wish subscription cost less.
