I had this game before and I loved it because it like all of these games and you don’t even have to really download puzzle games anymore

Great Game, but Too Many Ads

kjisnjsni)

I really like Puzzledom - the levels are fun and somewhat challenging, and there’s a lot of variety. The themes and aesthetics of the game are very good as well. However, the ads are just too much. After every 5 minutes at least, there’s an “ad break.” I understand the developer needs the advertisement to make money, but this is taking it to a whole other level. They’re short, but annoying.

Best game EVER

This game is amazing I just started today at 8:58 am it’s the best my friends got me into it

TOO MANY ADS

*****@wowdrew

I love this app and would play so much if there weren’t so many ads. I thought about buying the VIP option, but immediately decided not to when I saw it was $8 A WEEK. I would gladly buy a VIP-like purchase that only got rid of ads for a one time $0.99. But the ads on this app is the only thing that is frustrating.

AWSOME

This review will begin with a simple account of how Puzzledom functions. For any new users reading this, this app is a must have despite the 4 star rating. This app has many well executed puzzles, and has infinitely expansive replay value with new levels added regularly. Definitely one of the best puzzle games I have. If I have just stated how much of a powerhouse this game is, then why would I be giving this app a 4 star review? This is because the app has been heading towards mediocrity among other apps, and as a user returning to the game after over a year I have witnessed how great this game is, and the slow fall to the same stndard as many other “free 2 play” apps. Here is why. Around the time I uninstalled and slowly forgot this app, there was a membership installed. This would not be such a problem if the membership was affordable. It costs 8 dollars a week. Let that sink in. That is over 400$ anually. This membership is also very weak, only bringing in reduced hint costs, a few new games, and less ads which only costs 2$ individually. These ads are not that big of a deal despite their persistency, as all of them are skippable after 5 seconds. With ads showing up every minute, in my mind this is only a 8.5% time reduction, and I can settle for that. What I cannot settle for is the membership. The membership, in my eyes is a monstrosity. Over 400$ a year to play a few games is bad enough, but what worries me is how the membership is being developed and more games are being added. While this game is amazing and deserves to have the consumer reward it, this is not the direction to take. Why not have some games have an upfront one-time purchase of around 2$? Many users including me would jump at the opportunity. My point is that the membership is inciting backwards steps in progress with consumer trust and enjoyment. Tl;dr This app is spectacular and one of the best puzzle apps on the market, but has been adding detrimental features such as a ludicrous and unnescessary membership.
