I went from loving this app to not being able to play, because it keeps shutting down. I play other games that are much more complicated than this one with no problem. So I know it’s not an issue with my phone. Customer service is not responding for months now. I have no idea how to fix it. Below was my original review: (Lots of puzzles to choose from. Very little ads. Wish I would of paid attention at the beginning of the game of how challenges work with achievements. The only issue I have with the game is that challenges disappear without warning after I start them. I think they refresh certain challenges at different times during the day. Which is nice, but it would be good to show a timer on the challenges. That way we would know not to start a challenge that’s ending in 5 minutes. Even with that issue I Love this App.)

Love this one, even without the subscription! Totally gonna subscribe, some day. Have come back here multiple times now to "write a right review," even though I already have. I am deducting a star for the app repeatedly asking me to write a review, even though I already have. Update: Haven't had the app ask me for a review in a bit, so that's good. After playing for a bit more, I have two complaints: 1. I should be able to review and see the puzzles and clues after completing them. This would apply most to crossword puzzles, and similar puzzles, but some others as well. Just make it simple, and allow all completed puzzles to be viewed. 2. When using hints, I would rather be given suggestions/help with logic to arrive at the answer, rather than just being given the answer.

Subscription Does Not Have Unlimited Play

Although the terms for subscription state ‘no ads’ and ‘unlimited play’, only 5 ‘keys’ are allotted every day. If you want to work more than 5 puzzles per day, you will be required to watch ads. Ridiculous.

Great game. I love the puzzles. It crashes all the time. It usually crashes at least 3 times before I can complete a full puzzle.

Great mix of fun puzzles, but one of the most unstable apps I have. Crashes often on its own, and crashes often during the many videos. Now with this latest update, it crashes and freezes when you try to buy a "hint" on the picture puzzles. Fun but frustrating.

This reminds me of the puzzle page i used to do in newspapers. I did the ones I liked and ignored the ones I didn’t. I like having a limit to tokens. That way I don’t spend my whole day on this. The ads are kind of annoying, but recently they’ve improved.
