What are you waiting for? If you are serious about getting a well-defined upper body, this app is for you!
great trainer - starts out simple and advances - works as a companion to cardio. Arms will start to burn after a couple of weeks. Try the squat trainer - great for the back side.
I have a good feeling about this app. Six months ago I started doing push-ups really hard and persistent to get in shape. As you can guess I over did it. This app seems to have a really good pace about it. I'm looking forward to reviewing the stats. I wish it had a buzzer for when the rest period is over.
I'm still continuing the program but the downsides are: 1. First day of training the audio worked, now it doesn't 2. No way to edit your results 3. Absolutely no instruction on how to use app (so number two is even bigger pain in the arse)
This is a very good app, if you are not working hard and doing lots of sessions this may not be an app for you. It's also cool how it offers other training apps, (They are very good) and you can get the full upgrade for 99 cents. It is defedently recommend.
I was surprised at how well I was able to keep up. I'm fairly active but don't do much strength training at all. The first levels were super easy and eventually it got tough. I kept up the pace and was astonished by the ability to keep up. Feeling very confident now after doing level 22 and can't wait to crush the last levels. :) The pace is very well though got out. Could I do this with a spreadsheet and recommendations from someone? Yeah, I guess, but the built-in tracking and the timer make it an all-in-one personal trainer that has taught me a lot. I never would have guessed I could have popped out almost 200 push-ups in one session. Now I know I can. Thanks. Could it be better? I'd love if the sounds didn't take over other things I'm listening to during the workout. More of a feature request than a problem IMO.
Nice app. Works good. The reason I only rated it 4 stars is because there is no function to delete or edit your practices. Add this and 5 stars. The average rating is 4 2/7.
