I use the app after a workout. Any workout at the gym no matter the day or body part. It’s an excellent way to end weight lifting because it becomes harder to do push ups. So this app pushes me even further. Thank God for this app.

When i opened the app up it says “choose your level” and only gives me the option for level 1. This app is useless for me if I have to start out at level 1.

I really like his app however.. once I complete push-ups and it records them in the history section, once I completely close the app or if I restart my phone the history gets deleted. I want a app that records my progress and this app does but it doesn’t save so therefore it’s as if you didn’t do anything. Please fix!

Every time I finish a workout the history is not saved and it doesn’t alert me when my next workout is due.
Lost run
Doesn’t save progress and start you out on day one even if you change it in the settings.

When I do pushups but the app doesn’t count them it thinks I need a break. Please allow us to toggle this off because it affects my record.

I love it. It lets me know I’m getting low enough. Perfect app. A must have for training.
