This app has been such a blessing for me. I use it every day for my Bible reading. I love how simple it is to use and I love all the features included. I usually end up reading the daily chapters during the day, but I also sometimes have it read the scripture to me while I'm doing my morning workout. Thank you for the wonderful app!!

Suggestions for tweaks/Cons: Loads (very, very) sluggishly. Often freezes on the homepage and (often enough to notice) does not resurrect on a hard reboot or on completely closing and reopening the app. Freezes frequently when scrolling the Bible. Does not placehold on verse, only on chapter and defaults to verse 1. (Seems to) require a more aggressive touch to navigate. (I cannot find) the way to put journal entries in A-B-C order by title. (Seems to) prohibit doing several journal entries simultaneously, i.e., having several journal subcategories open at the same time, with the result that the same subcategory entry trumps/replaces/overwrites what was written with the newest data on the same date. (Seemingly) no human customer service so the bot answers my email questions with (the same) round-robin link to the native default help, which does not specifically address the (above) issue(s). So my notes (see to me) trapped in the cloud because I can see no way to get to them but through the app! This leaves me (somewhat) powerless. My train of (biblical) thought may be interrupted while the app normalizes itself, while I try to help it normalize, or while I might be normalizing me. I am holding out for the improvements, to include secure web access to data stored in the cloud. Why I Love it/Pros: It has become my go-to app for devotional time; there is a beautiful selection of Bible versions. The app is uncluttered, nearly spartan and I really like the way the journal can be organized in tiers. So I (do/will) use it to accumulate (automatically dated!) notes on the same chapter/verse that I (will) make over time. This alone is the prize for me. I highly recommend this journal. I want to use the app for a long, long time and to eventually try the array of audio features. Bottom line, I am a fan of this app and very thankful for it.

I love this app, however, It amazes me, that an app as good as this, does not have, personal maintenance instead of abot. I would like to see the freeze- ups stop, and when you stop on a verse, to sight notes, then return back to it, if it will?!?.... Instead of going back to verse one, go to where you left off. There seems to be issues with the icloud, with lost notes, could you please fix this... Other wise it is great! All apps concerning the Bible, or Church apps, refer to Pursue, so seems like your definitely getting the support, Now make it the Top by fixing the issues at hand. I love it and would like to see it remain the best. Thanks for the app, it has changed my daily routine for the better!

I believe this app may be good, but I can't even open it. The page comes up and that's all. Please help.
No connectivity

Since Pursue Journal did its upgrade recently I have been unable to access the app. It keeps telling me I don't have the data connection. Nothing else has changed except the upgrade. Anyone else experiencing this?
