It is very simple - just put your fingers on the back of the camera and flashlight, gently press and you will be able to read the pulse in a few seconds. You can save your heart rate in a different state (such as exercise, rest, etc.) to a health center for easy observation of your heart rate changes. My card was charged 95 dollars and I only had this app for 4 days den I deleted it because I didn’t need it and they charged my card I don’t understand why I need the number to contact them

I thought I was super wise with the internet but one slip of my thumb and boom, I have a years subscription for $90. Go to the email you received from Apple about the subscription, go to the bottom to the link for help and cancel, go to the bottom of the next page and select cancel subscriptions. Simple.
