Presently my GFE laptop is not working properly so I am using my phone to attend meetings and communicate behind a government firewall via VPN (Pulse Secure). Logging on is fine, I give it 5 stars. Functionality is fine I give it another 5 stars. The MAJOR issue with Pulse Secure is without warning the connection drops and I am left unaware that I am offline. I am constantly missing important messages. I give this dysfunctional issue 0 (zero) stars. Most Respectfully Rick F Leonard AIS-230

Times out too quickly and takes to long and to many characters typed in order to login

Speed up connect time. Fix integration with Apple mail client to show last update time while waiting for new updates. Fix frequent drops. Fix display so that vpn connected status is observable in some way on home screen. Fix interaction that causes first lines of email viewable on preview, but won’t show in mail client. Fix “validating recipient...” that shows for minutes when composing email.

Why does the app have to send a notification to bug me about writing a review/rating? Why not ask upon opening like every other app? But no, it has to cry for attention...

App fails to connect consistently and fails to negotiate T-Mobile carrier

This is enterprise software. Don’t harass users with notifications that serve no purpose other than to solicit an App Store review. Engineering efforts would be better spent adding autocomplete to the login screen.
