Isn’t working :(

CRA$HBANDICOOT

Doesn’t work. I use Spotify and my watch all day at work. I get in a ton of trouble for touching my phone so I can’t switch songs or playlists. When I open the app on my phone is says select song from watch. When I open it on the watch it says launch app on phone then just sits there doing nothing :(

Crashes on song selection

Kangdom

It can load the list of songs, albums, etc, but once I tap on a song to play on my watch the phone app crashes.

Doesn’t Work

The app won’t upload to the Apple Watch so it’s unfortunately useless.

Works okay!

There are a few bugs but it does work for the most part. I have Spotify premium as the developer says is required. There are instances where selecting a playlist on the watch will cause the app to close. Another bug is that selecting a song from the watch will not sync with the iPhone app. So the iPhone app will say no song is playing despite it playing. Therefor pausing a song will require you to hit “play” on the iphone app and then pause again. iPhone X, 11.4

Really works

Tried everything else. Nothing works like this! Seamless and useable as expected. Thank you!

App Crashes after logging in to Spotify

Geri.Bear

??? Unable to play any of the music on Spotify with the app as it crashes as soon as you select a song to play on the app.

Needs more functionality

I wish there was a way to turn shuffle on and off to make it a perfect remote for Spotify

Doesn’t work without my iPhone

sykery

I thought I could use this app with my headphones alone and not have to have my phone with me m.

Works perfect!

I’m so glad someone made a Spotify app, even if it requires the phone. At least with this app I can leave my phone in my backpack and just use my watch. Can’t wait for Spotify to allow streaming directly from the watch!

Does what it claims to do

BaeTheBear

The app does what it claims to do. You can select, play, and navigate your Spotify playlists and tracks with the app via your watch. However, it does not have the exact functionality as the Spotify app; that shouldn't be expected or warranted for a watch UX. The only thing I'd suggest for the Developer is to improve upon the onboarding UX, as it seems too many people mess that up and end up frustrated. All in all, it's a good app that WORKS and is a solid interim solution until Spotify addresses the market demand for a native Watch app.
