Doesn't work

We purchased puddle+ on the App Store for Apple TV. Each time we make it to the Human Body Tension level the game goes black, we are unable to restart it or play any further. We uninstalled and reinstalled the game and were able to start over but the same thing happened when we got to the tension level again. I would like a refund if this can not be fixed.
Poor UI, Ok gameplay

The menu text and touch targets are tiny. Please create a menu that’s usable by people with large hands on a smaller iPhone. There are countless apps for iOS that achieve this. The gameplay is ok, but nothing memorable.
