too many hacking people in the game and pubg done nothing, i keep reporting every game with cheater but pubg done nothing, i spend thousand of dollar on this game and end up lost to cheater spend nothing just hack script wall hack aim bot flying and neverdie when we shot them alot.

I’ve played this from Season 2-5 and 10-12, and so far I’ve really liked it; it’s a great game and is fun to play. The only complaint I have is that in recent seasons there have been a lot more hackers than there used to be (aimbot, wall hacks, etc). This shouldn’t be a problem, but 99% of cheaters I report don’t get banned because TenCent doesn’t do anything about it. The game would be a lot more enjoyable if this wasn’t a problem.

I have been loyal to this game - login and play for over 160 consecutive days. I also subscribed to its royal pass elite for 3 seasons. But I’m so annoyed and disappointed l! Recently, the microphone on my AirPod Pro started not working in PUBG app all of a sudden! Audio input from my phone instead of the AirPod, which makes my teammates keep hearing noises from me rubbing my phone/microphone during the game. Here are some experiments that I adopt in order to figure out the root causes of the situation: I tried using my AirPod 1st generation which it didn’t have the same problem before and now has the same issue as my AirPod Pro! I had my friend using my AirPods in PUBG on his phone , and he started to experience the same issue even he switch back to his own AirPodsI feel so bad for him! I quit the PUBG Mobile app and tried using my AirPods for communication in other apps, and both the audio input and output work perfectly on my AirPods! Conclusion is: This app destroys my in-game experience by destroying all my AirPods! And Tencent provides zero support!
Too focused on cosmetics (Not free player friendly)

This core aspects of this game is great! The movement, shooting and all is absolutely fantastic and honestly..the best BR on mobile. What drives me away from this game though is how anti-free player they are. They do not let free players keep event items so they virtually have nothing unless they get something from a crate which if you want more than 1, you have to pay. They purposely made BP useless to free players so they are more prone to buy their premium cash and buy crates. This is proven because people with a premium memebership can use BP and buy very nice clothes while the free players can’t. They STILL have not updated the normal trash crate a free player can buy with BP. I would not recommend this game if you want to look cool and whatever.

It would be nice to have new bp items sometime this decade. But no. That’s not good anough. U need prime to. So really there is none to buy with bp. Pretty sad it’s all about money still.
