I have been a user of this app since 2015 and through the years it just gets better. I love how they constantly make sure to add a variety of advisors to consult with and the way they give users multiple options to communicate with. Since I’ve been on the app Miss Cynthia have been my go to lady. She delivers your message with care and clarity. I can count on her all the time. The support is terrible for not replying back nor giving nothing back then says i never did anything to my account like credits etc. never replied back to solve my problem. Its so sad that people who ever use this app they cannot even get service.
