No Filters Makes App Useless

As another reviewer stated, the app has 0 ability to filter the properties you actually want to see. Trying to search for Acacia condo Taguig? App will proceed to display results for “your search” but it shows every listing from all over the Philippines: condos, house and lot, townhouses. From all over: Manila, Cebu, and the provinces. They probably do it to up revenue from their listings somehow, but if no one uses the app then it’s a self defeating tactic. Immediately deleted.

This is one of the worst rental apps I’ve ever used. You simply don’t police or monitor your ads. I see the same loser ads repeated over and over. Many of them are fake and it’s a total waste of time. Rent pad is so much superior than you.

It’s so frustrating to use this app! I wish they can fix it but apparently, they couldn’t do anything to improve it. Smh
Filtering Issues

The app ignores filtering and even when selecting on the map-view search for a given building in a city you end up with over 30,000 results from all over the Philippines... please fix and it would be a very good app!
