I have been using Property Evaluator for several months with great appreciation for how it has helped me build my real estate portfolio and quickly assess properties. It has explanations for the metrics, easy to adjust variables, and provides projections in a snap. I contacted support for help through email and I received an answer within hours. Great app! highly recommended.

I've been using Property Evaluator on my Mac, iPads, and iPhone. Great software. Sometimes the software crashes but fixes come out regularly. I love having the ability to evaluate properties in a standard way. The reports are great. Unfortunately, I have to manually enter the data across devices. That is a real pain especially since I had to pay for the software twice. Others have commented on this but still no solution. Other than that, I would give this software 5 stars!
Don't buy it! There is no IOS upgrade support.

I used to love this app and use it everyday. I paid full price for the PRO version which I almost never do. $39.99!!! Then when I upgraded IOS on my iPhone it now crashes every time I go past entering the property name and address. I've never been more ripped off because now you have to purchase the app again for another $39.99. It's one thing to lose .99 or $1.99 but $39.99? Seriously? How can you sleep at night knowing you ripped off so many of your users. I would love to know if a fix is coming for this but I am guessing "No". Funny thing is, I still want the app but will NEVER buy it!

I am glad I found this app. It has helped me evaluate the performance of properties I currently own, which has helped me make adjustments to manage them more profitably. It has also helped me evaluate properties I have been considering. It corrected my math on one property which saved me from making a purchase which would not have been profitable enough to be worth my time.

This software helps you make quick decision on the viability of real estate property in a few minutes; with details on key performance indicators and nice financial projections tables and graphics.
Not good or intuitive

The basic app (free) isn't very good. It makes assumptions you can't change. I.e. Down payment amount - I guess the app assumes you'll be financing a mortgage with a bank. Doesn't let you enter your own assumptions. Menus are kind of eh. That's where the intuitive part comes in. Back to my excel spreadsheet.
