Since the last update the app has really gotten on my nerves. I can’t scroll and select what I’m looking for because it automatically picks what my finger started on instead of letting me scroll. Two other people have tried to help me but were stumped as well. Please fix this. My kid uses this app to communicate.

I have had a tracheotomy since 2016. This program is a God-Send. Thanks.

By far the most versatile AAC device. Has the ability to be backed up if device is destroyed, can just get a new ipad and quickly replace a child’s/adults voice. We all have the right to speak and this App provides not only accessibility but also can be personalized to the individual and skill level.

frustrated ipad pro mom
iPad Pro has been disabled. I have had to factory reset and restore entire device in iTunes. Special needs son activates the password window in the settings button. He enters in the wrong password. A new box, prompting him to “ retry” repeatedly pops up until the whole device is disabled. This happens while in guided access. Reached out via email to support several times. Have not heard anything back. This never happened in the iPad Air.

I am an SLP at a high school. I use this app all the time with my students who use AAC. It is well laid-out, and I love that it’s easy to add or rearrange vocabulary. You can hold down the icon to get grammatical endings such as plurals and past tense, so it’s great for modeling sentence structure for verbal students too. It’s also easy to lock down options so learners can’t change things without your knowledge.

First of all, it is criminal you can’t get your money back for an app you don’t want. I have spent hours trying to make this app work for my special needs daughter, and it is impossible. It is so hard to work with. I have resorted to using a free app because it is much easier to use. This feels like an app made in the 90’s but with a price tag of the iPad itself. This is the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. These developers should be ashamed of themselves for robbing parents of special needs children who already are having a hard time paying for therapy. This app is robbing us because it does not work. Parents beware! Don’t buy this app!

The only app that has worked for my severe nonverbal ASD kiddo. Also very user friendly.
