I’ve talked to a few people now and they have all been having the same problem, it seems like the servers have been shut down? The whole app is not working so I deleted it and created a new account and it now says canceled when I try to make a new account? I love this app and it has helped me so much but please get the servers back up.
Please fix..?

I loved this app but suddenly it wasn’t loading anymore. So I tried to delete and re-download. I then tried to login but it kept saying “cancelled”. I tried making a new account but it just kept saying “cancelled”. Please fix this. I had a friend on there that I really wanted to keep in touch with :((

It's a great app. Unfortunately it is mostly very young people using it. I found myself giving more motherly advice than actually receiving help. I would suggest splitting the app into young adults 30 ish and under to middle age adults and up. While there is some cross over in issues, I'm not real comfortable discussing my suicidal ideations with a 15 year old. There are also issues unique to each age group. Must middle age people are not lamenting broken relationships are the fact they got grounded and want to die. Not that those aren't important issues, but just very far removed from my reality. The idea of the app is great. Not much out there for mental health support.

App shutting down

Anyone else app just shutting down when you go to log on I have deleted and re downloaded it 3 times it just keeps shutting down
