I was at work on Day and a friend told me about this app. I have been using it since July 2 2010. I took the first year and turned into a book. I gave a copy to all my family.
Never respond to customer queries

I loved the app but with recent changes I have been unable to print my daughter’s photo book. Making my entire YEAR working on it POINTLESS. I have emailed numerous times asking for help/ customer service/ suggestions and have never received ANY response. I am happy to remove/amend my review if I get a reply.

I used the not paid for app in 2014 for my son’s first year of birth. So when I had my daughter in 2016, I bought this paid app. I completed the 365 days and wanted to make a book. Alvin won’t email back or create the book to print off Lulu. I have been emailing him the past year to have it created and still no response. Horrible service and I can’t even print or get a book of my daughter’s first year. Very angry and frustrated. DO NOT pay for or use this app. Find something else so you can print it and look back at the memories!

Hi, I recently upgraded to iPhone eleven and none of my past years photos have transferred with the app. Is there a way to retrieve previous year’s entries?

I used the free app for 2 years then decided to upgrade. After 3 months it no longer will upload to Facebook. The developer said he'd fix it 2 weeks ago but still no word.

The upload to Facebook error has been with us since Aug. 1. The developer said he would fix it Aug. 11. It still isn't fixed nor has there been an update. This is a pretty basic and straight forward app. I like it. But I cannot advocate purchasing this app given the poor support, either in fixing problems or keeping consumers informed about necessary fixes. I am half way through a Project 365 project. I like my project and want to keep doing it. I'm feeling a bit abandoned by this app and its developers.
Fix the FB upload feature please!!

I really like this app as a way of easily being able to create a journal with photo and words. I have been able to access prior months just fine by swiping to the side. Some prior reviewers had indicated this as a problem. I kam interested in creating a hard cover photo book from this app and would love it if the developer could create a way to upload this to Shutterfly or a related Type of online photo company, without cutting off some of my journaling, which is currently the problem when I create a PDF from this app. Please fix and I will re-rate to 5 stars! Thank you.

I've been using Pro (paid for upgrade) version sine 1/1/12, and since August 1, haven't been able to upload to Facebook - kind of the point of the app - developer totally unresponsive regarding this. He posted on app website that he'd be back in the office August 11 & was aware of issues people were having. More than 2 weeks later, STILL not fixed or any response to inquiries about it! VERY disappointed that it still isn't working properly. Don't buy this until you see someone's posted here that it's fixed - I'll post again when it is, if ever, fixed. :-((((((
