You do have to pay up front to utilize all of the features, there is no trial to see if it has what you are looking for. Must specify in settings what type of measurements you want to record. It asks you to enter body mass percentage, fat percentage, water percentage. I was hoping these would be calculated FOR you with the body info you provide and the price of the app. I manually copy these points from my Withings Smart Scale app. App has crashed a few times. Overall does include the information I want to record.
Paid for premium and no longer have it

Don’t shell out the money for premium because when you get a new phone you’ll have to pay again. Finding another app ASAP.

I have been testing out different apps and I keep coming back to this one. It has a great tracking feature- you can see total inches lost/gained as well as inches for individual measurements. It also tracks weight, BMI, lbm, body fat percentage and more. The only thing that would make this app perfect is the option to just direct data enter measurements using decimals instead of the sliding ruler. I have a digital body measurement tool and unfortunately the ruler measurement system this app uses leaves accuracy lacking.

Highly recommend - the app reminds me Saturday mornings to do my measurements and so so super easy to use! Love seeing my progress on the charts and the overview/images. Only change I could think to make would be to be able to change the measurements to 1/10ths to be the same as my measuring tape. It something measures at 5 4/10th i just round to 5 1/2 instead of converting 4/1 to x/16.

This is for the paid version. So easy to use; it’ll track body fat percentage and muscle mass; body measurements and many more and it’s so easy to log and keep track of your progress. I use it with a scale that gives me body composition info, but it’s not a smart scale that feeds to an app, so I needed an app that I could input manual entries, and this is perfect. *** Note to developer: please change the color of the changes to muscle mass. It indicates green when muscle mass decreases, it should show as green if muscle mass increases and red if it decreases. (When weight, BMI and body fat % decreases, the app indicates this with a green circle to indicate you’re doing good, If they increase, there’s a red circle, meaning you’re going in the wrong direction) Thanks!
I Want To Recommend...but Can’t

I become more frustrated with the app. I can’t find any docs to help with questions I have about inputting information. There are no FAQs and you need to send an email every time you have a question My BIGGEST and most important issues...it DOES NOT SYNC ACROSS DEVICES. I want to use this on my iPad and there’s no way to log in to open it. I sent a message to the page and they don’t have servers that save to the cloud. EDIT TO ADD: I’ve had nothing but issues with the app. This last issue was I was told I needed to delete and reinstall the app. Well...don’t do that because YOU LOSE ALL YOUR DATA. Someone was supposed to be in contact with me about this issue and never did. Thankfully, I had backup data and put it all in by hand! But...I lost all of the pictures I uploaded. Now, even though I have everything set up correctly to have Apple Health to send data back to the app, it doesn’t work. Very, very disappointed. The price of the app is high compared to others. This could be a great app.
