Love this app. I use it all the time to edit selfies removing people and things from the photo. The only bad thing is I am not able to send my artist a message if they forget to do something. I have to send the photo back in and pay again. Please fix this issue.

The original photo looked better, LoL. I just asked for something very simple , to take the blur out the photo. The photo came back looking like a cartoon character. I sent a message stating how I was not pleased with the photo so it was redone and this time came back looking like a puzzle. Thank you but no thank you??

Once in a while it’s amazing!

I still continue to use this because once in a while I get a great photo editor. Sometimes they make my body look like it has impossible proportions other times amazing job with small things. I never ask for a lot. What angers me is I often get double charged and the same photo is touched up twice the same. I never get refunds and find it hard to communicate with the customer service of the app. I have just let that go which is why I also give the app a 2.

Had a great picture of three other people on a ranch but there are shadows on the face. Ruined the picture. I downloaded the app. Paid 2.99 and within two hours the hard black shadows on the face were gone. It’s just what I needed. I also asked mentioned the two cars in the background next to our faces. Those are gone too! Thanks people.

I have used the app for the past year about ten times now and each time, the touch-ups were great and looked like the original picture. I just submitted the same picture to another app Retouch men, asked for the same touch-ups, and the finished product looked like it had been photoshopped and took about a full 24 hours. Submitted the same pic to this app yesterday, the finished product looked authentic and took less than a hour.

I tried both the express and the upgraded to see whether there would be a difference. The first pic came back identical to what I sent. The second was a little change but the one thing I specifically asked, removal of people, wasn’t done. I contacted and they said that they couldn’t remove them but that didn’t mean a refund. They just touched up things I didn’t ask for. Great idea, bad execution.
