Disappointed

I never write reviews, but I feel I need to. I’m very disappointed with this app. I submitted a photo to be edited on Wednesday, I have not received the photo yet. I emailed them, but haven’t heard back from them. They charge my card for the fee, but it’s been 6 days and nothing yet. Please think twice before using this app

I used this app for an amazing pic I took on vacation on a beach in Asia that I'll prob never get the chance to go to again. The pic was great but I had a horrible sun burn. They removed it and saved the memory for me. However, it does seem to take a lot longer now. Almost 24 hrs. Also, if you ask for the hair thickening feature, 50% of the time they don't add it. Overall it's a good app.

The retouch progression for the photo was not received in the allotted time that they specified. However, I was very happy with my photo once I got it back. Thank you so much!

I originally sent the photo I wanted to be edited around 6/19/17 and it's now 8/17/17 and I'm just realizing that after trying to get the pic the way I wanted twice; I'm now happy with it. The process was quick the first time I made the order, but when there was a miscommunication about what I received and what I actually wanted it took awhile. I didn't receive any kind of notification that my second request for the edit I wanted was fulfilled but something just told me to visit the app again and check on my pic and there it was! Just the way I asked for it. Great app but just needs to notify you more and respond a little quicker.
Instructions not followed and double charged

I not only did not receive my image in the two hour timeframe stated on the app but I was charged twice for the same photo. I sent an email to which I have received no response and when I received my pictures today the instructions were not even followed. This the second time I've had a bad experience with this app and they have not responded either time. Will look for a better more professional one in the future.

Once downloaded this app only has one set of instructions. Seems like it should be very simple to follow. I was trying to edit a photo for a save the date, and took the time to write out special instructions, sent it and paid for it. I got absolutely no response in the form of an email or message or notification on the app saying that they received it and would be working on it. In the instructions it said we could receive the picture within two hours. I'm assuming that means if you pay for the express which I didn't, but still, I got no response after paying. It's been an entire day and I still haven't received any notice that my picture will be worked with. There is an in progress tab under order history, and my picture does not even show up there which is worrisome considering I paid and took the time to write out what I needed. My order history does not show up on the app. The only way I know my payment has gone through is through my bank account, and from the Apple email saying I was charged. I have a feeling somehow my picture and instructions were lost during the transaction. I'm sure I won't get a refund as I have seen many other reviewers saying they do not refund. And I'm also sure I won't get my fixed picture either. Quality these days.... down hill. Companies don't believe in customer satisfaction anymore. Thumbs down for this app. UPDATE--it's been 10 days and I still have not been contacted and have not received my photo. I emailed multiple times with no response. So, feeling was right. Got scammed and not receiving a refund for sure. UPDATE--It's been well over 3 months now, many more emails later, and still have not even received my picture. Piece of s**t app. You have been warned.

Great app, but they could give us a little more if we're paying 2.99 a photo. More options and possibly un blurring, and un glaring photos a bit better
