I have been using Producteev for about 2 years. It is an amazing app. I love it. I have 11 different "networks" that I use it for - boards, my family, my businesses. I use it on my phone, my desktop, my iPad, my laptop. My kids use it, my team uses it at work, the organizations I am in charge of use it. I love the collaborative nature of the program and the organizational structure. I have been able to keep track of so much and get some much accomplished in these last two years. The only people who don't like it are the people who work with me. I never lose track of anything and I am always the one who is following up to see where they are on things. I no longer have to try and remember everything or go hunting for emails or documents. I don't know what else to say - I think this is the most impactful application I have ever used. Thank you for developing it!!!! SPF

I dunno about that! Great PM app, but useless when it keeps crashing. When it starts asking for feedback, it becomes an automatic crashing machine. It's useless then. I also have issues when I don't receive push notifications when there are updates waiting for me. Other than those two huge things, nobody has executed a perfect balance of "Just enough" as they have. I also wish that other users couldn't see all users in the network. Maybe only those users that are involved in projects that they are also involved in. Finally, I hope to have seen continued Dev here, instead of sitting on the app. For example, give us notification badges at the top for overall notifications, but then next to each project so you know which project needs our attention right away.

This was working well until it started crashing everytime it asked for a rating on iTunes. I now have to have my ipad offline in order to access Producteev. It may have all kinds of bells and whistles, but unless they fix this basic problem it's pretty well useless. What is especially disturbing is that customers have reported this repeatedly for YEARS now and it still isn't fixed.

This app is showing its age. Unstable. Hasn't been updated in 2 years. Always look at the last time an app was updated before you invest. Looks like developer for their money any bailed

This app helps me organize about 30 part time employees and has been wonderful for task assignments and communication. I wish there was a way to archive notebooks though, not just delete them, so we could refer back to tasks if we had problems internally. Everything else is great!

Where have you been all my life?

I developed a sweet GTD-based task management system inside Outlook more than a decade ago. The downside as I became more mobile was the inability to access it with taxonomy intact while away from my desktop. I've tried all the "popular" systems that people swear by and found them limited. With Producteev, however, the desktop taxonomy is intact on mobile and ... the entire system actually works better inside Producteev than inside Outlook. I am so happy I would gladly pay for this service. Only hiccups are a) absence of haptic touch quick menu in iOS and b) the iPad app crashes every time it asks me to rate the app, requiring me to delete it and reinstall. Annoying for sure, but I love the app so much that I do it anyway.

I'm still learning the app but love the fact that it is web based and a app. Great for task collaboration.
